The Brief
A family in an expansive Al Rayyan villa wanted their twin sons to share a bedroom to strengthen their bond, but needed separate zones to prevent bedtime fighting, plus ample storage for their extensive Lego collection.
The Architectural Challenge
The room featured high 3.8m ceilings but large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls, leaving limited solid wall anchoring points.
The KidsCasa Solution
We engineered a freestanding architectural bunk suite anchored to the floor plate, featuring wide stair drawers, 42cm curved safety rails, individual reading lights with sleep timers, and lower rollout trundle storage.
