The parents in a West Bay Lagoon villa needed a dedicated, quiet homework and art workstation that would eliminate homework sprawl across the kitchen island and grow alongside their daughter through secondary school.
The Architectural Challenge
The bedroom had an awkward 2.4m wall niche between two structural pilasters directly facing bright afternoon Gulf daylight, creating severe screen glare and acoustic resonance.
